BookedByNik ("we," "us," "our") is a sales staffing and placement agency. We connect appointment setters with offer owners. This policy covers the Setter application and Client contact forms on this site. It explains what we collect and how it's used.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you provide directly. That may include:

  • Full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
  • Setter applicants: years of experience, weekly availability, niches worked, niches you're open to work, current offer and a short bio
  • Offer owners: offer type, ticket size, number of setters needed and a description of your offer

We do not collect payment details, passwords or government ID information through this site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Evaluate and respond to setter applications and staffing requests
  • Match vetted setters with suitable offers and offers with suitable setters
  • Contact you directly by WhatsApp, phone or email to follow up
  • Maintain internal records of applicants and clients for ongoing placement

4. How forms are submitted

Submitting a form on this site sends your information to our form provider (Formspree), which forwards it to us by email. After submitting, you're taken to our calendar to book a call. We don't store your data in our own database beyond what's needed to manage the placement.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Setter applicant details may be shared with a specific offer owner solely for a potential placement, and vice versa. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain applicant and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate placements and maintain our records, or until you request deletion.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you've shared with us at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or through our social channels.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any hosting-level analytics are limited to basic, aggregated traffic data and aren't tied to your personal identity.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally as the site or business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
